Shakespeare in Coffee and Pencil
By Graham Rhind
I have tried many times to write an article for this blog, but in words I cannot seem to make sense of this place. Instead, I have sketched while sat outside in the January cold, ignoring Notre Dame, seemingly banal in comparison.
All I had to hand was a pencil and some instant coffee to paint with. Even if I had oils and a canvas I don’t think I would have used them.
Graham Rhind is a 21-year-old from a small town in the south of Scotland named Dumfries. Initially considering himself a painter, Graham spent three years at the Glasgow School of Art, which somehow resulted in a vested interest in writing poetry.
